DoctorDiff 5 x 4.5" bolt pattern conversion axles fit '62-'72 A-body 7.25" rearends. Must use open ended 1/2"-20 lug nuts. Will NOT fit '73-'76 A-body 7.25" rears. I assume Dr Diff's new LBP axles would use the normal 4.5" pattern brakes so they ought to have the same spacing as the 73-76 axles do.

My new 5 x 4.5" bolt pattern 7.25" conversion axles use stock '72 and earlier 9" or 10" A-body drum brake hardware and backing plates. You must re-drill the brake drums or purchase my new 5 x 4.5" bolt pattern drums. Contact info
