63 degrees here today with overcast sky. Rain this evening. Way better than freezing my butt off in Michigan.

That's the one plus about the pandemic, working from home means avoiding that slow rush hour drive to and from work in the snow. Now if only the neighbours would stop parking 5 cars on the street blocking the plow, and us from getting out, every time.

Well the building is for sale and have had a few offers but not sold as of yet. I am telling everyone interested that I need to the end of April to move out completely, so I do plan on having an early April swap, then an auction to sell the rest. I have had lots of people coming up already, let me know when you can come ASAP! Of course I will be down in Florida for Mecum next week, but after that I plan on being around quite a bit this winter...
