glenngomango OP mopar Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 468 Maryland	I was planning on installing a set of nos shocks but the outside sleeve has separated from the top post. I see no signs of damage. Can the shock be repaired or used?

1969ronnie super stock 1 Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 790 massachusetts U.S.A.	Hi Glenn , isn't that dust tube just tack or spot welded in 3 or 4 spots on the top ? Do you have a Mopar Buddy with a Tig welder ? A Mig will also do it , but might burn the paint up top a little more . Worth a try . I know I would try to save them . Ronnie
