.. even that Ohio state fan is welcome here ! Only RV'ing I do, if its considered RV'ing, is at the track. Locally I go to the track on Friday nite and get set up for Saturday ( set up the compressor, get the Truck out and on the jacks, clean stuff, start any next day meal prep, etc..) Then I have the rest of the evening cruise the pits with the other over nite'rs and BS.Then in the AM when the crew arrives we can do a warm up set the first tune and find where we ( I ) went wrong. Usually spend a second nite as well. makes for a relaxing race week end. With any luck once I'm retired I will be able to travel from track to track an do the same just more often but without the need for a crew

Not yet, but planning on it. I hope to be in the market for a short (32 or so feet) diesel pusher next year. The parking is poured, but there is no access, YET. Gotta get the new garage built first. Will have up to about 70' of useable length. Well JimBo ..,, you will LUST after my rig me thimks! But it’s a 35 footer. I’ll give a brief scenario on how that came to be in a bit. Here’s a pic ....

I had THREE of them at one time.... was going to get into the DISCOVERER BUSINESS but it would have been way tooo much work for myself. Had a carpenter up in northern Michigan located to handle some major flaws with the way they were built but that fell through. I’ll give a little history on how I landed with this one later

Have a camper if that counts. More accurately 1 and a half as I'm building one for momma and myself.
Only one trip this year at the beginning of May. Found out a roof seam opened up and got some significant water damage in the front wall. Bad enough that the skin was separated by the time we got home. Having it repaired has been a nightmare, we still don't have it back.

Yes it’s got a fuel injected big block Chevy and tows my loaded down 26 foot car trailer fantastic. I can honestly say I’ve never checked the fuel mileage. It tows to good to worry about it. I found it locally around 8 years ago with only 23000 miles on it for 5000.00. It sat in his driveway for three years so the only issue I had was the 4000 watt Onan generator wouldn’t start. I added some Seafoam to the fuel and that fixed it.

This guy at Walmart yesterday was thinking outside the box on ways of keeping costs down. Hopefully he built it before lumber went up. And yes I walked down to take Pictures after I unloaded my cart.

Nice rv's. I want to get one for track use someday. I parted my old motorhome out a few years ago for the drivetrain (440/727).

I built a real nice 440 with a set of heads I ported for my Dads motorhome. It only had 52000 miles on it but he wanted to take mom to Alaska in it and was worried about the engine so I built him a new one. New transmission too. Man it had beautiful oak cabinets in it that my dad refinished.
