I just noticed that one of the rubber bumpers that pop into the front bumper under the turn signal / parking light was missing on my 69 RR. Does anyone reproduce these? Could be the cause of the rattle that I hear periodically.

Thanks for the help.

Can you take a picture of this and your data tag? I could be wrong but I don't think a road runner had any extra rubber under the metal bumper. They could have some bumperettes but is it possible that bumper was taken from another model?

Its not a bumperette. Its a small round bumper that pushes through the chrome bumper, that, I guess, prevents the bottom of the turn signal housing from rattling against the chrome bumper. For some reason, I can't get the picture to load up here from my phone.

Ok, I thought you meant it was a big rubber strip on the underside of the bumper. You are describing the little pieces of rubber that are like the license plate rubber stops that keep the license plate from rubbing? Here is what I am talking about: https://www.autometaldirect.com/bumpers-license-plate-bumpers-c-24_293.html

I restored my front turn signals awhile ago and I don't recall there being a small rubber bumper underneath...hmmmm. The car is at the shop still getting finished but I owe them a visit. I will have to take a look to see if the AMD bumper has a hole there for that. I sold my original bumpers and don't recall any details of them. I thought the front turn signals just had 2 mounts at the top for the j-nuts and 2 bolts.

I also just looked through my restoration books and factory service manual. Both do not do a good job with the front turn signals so I came up empty.

I posted this on www.69roadrunner.net See if anyone knows the answer.

Yearone has a complete body rubber bumper kit, they do not specify where they all go... https://www.yearone.com/Product/chrysler-b-body/bbk2#prettyPhoto

Yes, there is a small rubber bumper that goes there; my '69 RR still has them.
They have a long "tail", similar to glovebox door bumpers, and a flat upper contact surface.
You might find them at a good hardware store that has the fastener & etc drawers.

I checked the 1969 parts book and found no listing for the bumpers. Looked at the 1969 TSB's on the Hamtramck site with no luck. But the fact that they are there is hard to dispute.

Here is another listing from AMD, again they don't mention where any of them install. https://www.autometaldirect.com/fdc-body-bumper-kit-68-69-plymouth-b-body-p-7575.html

my local ACE hardware has all kinds of that style of rubber bumper, so the hardware store source would be someplace to investigate.

The ones the OP is looking for resemble the ones in the AMD ad, at center row, far right.
I don't recall the domes being that tall, though.

Thanks everyone. Does anyone know if they are sold individually? I really don't need the whole kit.

I've got a question on where to get these floating out there. If I get a response back, I will post.

If they look like the ones in the attached pic, Ace Hardware has very similar ones that should do the trick. I've never found a part number for them, ePay sellers have them for several bucks listed as ashtray stops.

3Hundred, yes, those on the right side of that pic look right. The ones on the left may work, don't know if they are too tall or not. I sent a message to GYC hoping they will respond. I've got a thread about this topic going on 69roadrunner.net as well.

71 TA, will you try to reproduce them if no one else sells new ones? If so, I will try to get you one. I currently do not have one.

Here is another site that has the assorted stops in a kit but again, not listing for the ones for the bumpers. Still working on getting an original one.
