Well I finally found a distributor for the rear side quarter glass on the 74 Trailduster project...but have a quick question for anyone who has done this type of glass install....do you use any type of adhesive in the channel where the glass goes, or just on the frame lip of the removable top? Don't want any leaks, and I have the early style which does not use the lockstrip on the gasket. I have the gasket installed on the window, but if it needs some adhesive in there, I will remove it. Any tips would be appreciated.

Where did you find the Ramcharger/Trailduster rear side glass and what was the cost?

All you can do is install the glass the way you have started. Then if needed you can get a pump gun and pull the seal back and lay a bead between the seal and the body or the seal and the glass. If you try to use any sealer prior to lpulling the glass in place you will just make a mess and possibly still mess the sealing part. They were a pain when new so no different now.

I actually found it on Ebay...a company called Precision sells it and it was sold by Parts-Pros on Ebay. It was $200 for both seals....

Just like the older mopars with rubber gasket installs, use 3M Glass Bedding and Glazing compound.
