Alltime Racing's semi-annual track day (Fall version) is Thursday 4 November 2021. $375, or $300 early bird discount if you beat the upcoming 15 September deadline.
Held on the Big Willow track at Willow Springs in Rosamond CA (northeast of L.A. along the SR-14 Antelope Valley Freeway).
Having attended both Speed Ventures and Alltime Racing track days, I can tell you that the latter is much less frenetic than the former.
Lighter attendance means a day at the track with Alltime Racing means: Plenty of high-speed track time and challenge from similarly-skilled drivers, if you fall into that group. Very supportive to the newbie, if you have never been to a track day. A place for you on the track if you fall in between the two extremes.
Bench racing, swapping of lies, grilling, and 12 ounce curls on the Wednesday afternoon before.
It always amazes me how many attendees come from greater distances, compared to just a few from the L.A. area. One would think with almost 20 million people in the L.A. basin, more drivers would cruise out just past Lancaster to blast around "The Fastest Road in the West".
I have spectated several times as I really have no desire to build and a run a track car. It's always a great time. Last time (two years ago) was on my 60th birthday. A group always heads to a restaurant for dinner and my wife is usually the only woman there.
So, even if you aren't planning to run, head on out and watch. It's a few dollars to get into the track.

Wow . . . WAY back in 2007 I had driven my "new" Crossfire down for the Springfling and decided to take part in the All Time track day . . . OMG !! It was such a FUN day !!! I think I went through over 1/2 tank of fuel just on the track !!! Having never been on a track before, I was in the newbie group. Even getting one of the instructors to ride along with me, then swap seats and show me what I should be doing !! . . . by end of day I was going 35mph faster around the track than when I started. Love to get back down again for another fun, instructional day. I do believe that a day on the track can make you a better driver, during your daily drives, too.
Curious, is the track bumpy, or is that the camera mount movement shake or a little of both, or are you fairly stiff sprung?
Car is not especially stiff (It's a street car with track tires).
Track is a bit bumpy, exacerbated by the choice of camera mount. To get the windshield view and the gauges and the infotainment screen, I have it on an arm mounted to the passenger seat headrest LS riser. No weight in the seat = a little bit of flopping.
I might try some footage with it mounted to the driver seat headrest RS riser (if the arm gets it far enough past my shoulder). That seat isn't usually empty...
For further clarification, you can view the following video, and advance to 3:50 to see the rear camera, and wait 10 seconds [or advance to 4:00] to see the inside camera:
