Current setup is 518 behind a 340, using the Bouchillion cable system and it works great.
What are people using for the throttle pressure when using the newer Gen3 electronic pedal without cables?

Why not just put a manual vb in the 518? I think most guys trying to an auto with the hemi are going to the 8 spd or stay 727, which again has a manual vb

The 727 in the car before I swapped in the 518, had a RMVB, drove that for 15yrs.
I'd like to keep the 518 shifting automatically so both my son or daughter (or anyone else) can jump in and drive the car without "special" instructions.
The whole point of the the Gen3 swap for me was to make the car more modern and trouble free so I'll drive it more.

Someone has to have crossed this bridge recently.

Is it for the e-body in your sig pic? I'm mocking up one in a 67 b-body right now. I'm going to use a Lokar kickdown cable for the 727, but installed into the original throttle cable hole, attaching it to the original pedal fulcrum bracket. The electronic pedal will push on the original bracket, which will "pull" the cable.
I just got the cable in the mail today.

Was thinking along those lines, how to merge the electronic pedal with the manual cable needed.

I believe they are using the 03-04? RAM TPS box (so you can use your old cable driven gas pedal) and hook up the kick down to that connection. I watched the video a while ago and forget all the details.

I tried to position the pedal over top of the roller, but it was too far to the right. I had to bend the original tab that the cable ball goes in , so it would line up better with the lokar cable guide.
I may have to play with kickdown lever length to achieve the proper travel, but I think it will be close.
This was just a mock up to see how it would lay out.
