Does anyone know if all cars that came equipped with a 2-speed wiper motor (A-bodies in particular) came with foot pump windshield washers or was it possible to get an electric pump with 2-speed wipers?

My 1971 Dart Swinger had the two speed motor with foot pump.
I think my 1970 Swinger has the same setup too.

as far I know on A bodies:

up to 72 all 2 speeds were foot operated and 3 speeds/variable with electric pump

73/74, the electric pump was optional with 2 speeds ( foot pump still standard ) and standard with 3 speeds

75/76, the electric pump was standard on all 2 and 3 speeds

On B bodies...
Up to 72 foot operated with 2 speeds standard but electric pump optional ( I can be wrong on this, but I have known of some Charger 71 being foot operated ). 3 speeds/variable electric pump standard.

since 73, all electric pump.

If I'm wrong on the foot pump feature at least for 71/72, then all were electric

The reason I asked is I'm in the process of putting my 69 Dart back together and it was a 2-speed/foot pump set-up. I want to keep the 2-speed wipers but I'd like to change it to the electric pump. Would I have to get a later model 2 speed wiper motor and dash switch to convert mine? I already have a washer fluid jar with an electric pump on it.

I would contact one of the wiper motor restoration people. They would be the ones to know what motor/switch combination you'd need to make it all work. twocents

A friend I was helping on his resto with a 74 and foot pump washer wanted the same, and I replaced the switch from a 76 donor. Just run the extra wire from wiper switch throught bulkhead up to the pump. However being a 74 add on with a 76 piece is easy because the cluster is the same. Dunno on 69 which different cluster, if they are the same switch or fit the same from later models.

You could allways add an extra divorced push in button/switch somewhere on dash/cluster like B Bodies got from factory up to 70, to operate the washer. The power source could be taken from one of the wires at the switch itself to make it operative just when wipers are on, or from some accesories source around and will be operative even with wipers off.

The push in switch could be even foot operated like factory, installed on same foot pump bracket, using one of those big aftermarket generic horn switches

It even gets a dust boot. Dunno its size but several options around. Maybe even fits into the foot pump bracket hole.

The image is from eBay UK and went to the auction but I guess there must be something similar in USA. The hole required for it is around an inch. I think pretty much close to the original foot pump bracket hole? Can't recall.
