White letters.

Thanks everyone. I kind of like it white out. I guess I’m used to white out for the last 36 years on it.

When you look at the charger theres a bumble bee stripe,R/T scoop and part of the hood stripe is showing so the white letter tires might make everything look like theres alot going on,but the charger looks great with the white letters out.

I am a white out kinda guy . . . . and of course make sure the rear drums are painted red . . .

Coopers out

Looking back now with all the cleaning and them turning brown within weeks

I wish I would have went black out

Tires themselves have been good

Run Coopers on just about everything at home

To me, nothing ruins the look of any car like white letters showing. If you like white showing, why go half way?

Altho you might feel differently once the letters do the classic BFG browning.

I Beez Sportin 15x8 rally with 275/60/15 BFG Drag Radials in Da Rear and 15x7 up front wrapped with Comp T/A all are black walls.
But I say white letters on his car.

Yep this is what I think. Looks really good both ways though of course. How could that car not?!

I have not had that issue with the Coopers . . .only the BFG . . .

Never could understand the need to advertise what brand tires you bought .. I actually sand the raised black letters off my tires ..

For me, what the white lettering on the tires say would determine if I wanted people to see them or not.

Many of the current tire brands just wouldn't look right on the old classic cars.

I'm also a cheapskate, The last set of tires I bought (about a month ago), the white letters added $10 to the price for each tire. I don't feel the need to pay the tire manufacturer $40 to advertise for them. No white lettering for me! Gene

I think it's "advertising" that they are a HP tire and not really the particular brand although some are more respected for their performance lineage.

I am a white letters IN guy, just personally never liked the looks of the white letters.

I am a letters"in" guy also. I just had two Cooper Cobras put on the back of my Duster last week...blackwall's with ralley's baby! The Charger OP should do what suits him though.

My preference is generally white letters in, and would be on your car too.

To me it's not so much they say unless they're a crap brand of tire but that they usually look better then plain black walls like every other car has.
