Hi everyone,
I have a couple of guys I've been trying to get in contact with to collect money from for radiators that I have done for them. Both have been radio silent from voicemails but with the covids last year who knows, right? If anyone has info on either guy, I would really appreciate passing it along to me.

(I know he had the covids)

Many thanks,

Thanks guys! I have a buddy in CT checking for one of them. I guess I don't understand the radio silence!

You’re too trusting, Bob. There are just too many people who will take advantage now days. I’ve always sent you my money as soon as I could. We even had a laugh about it when you showed up for car show in Dallas last year. “I’ll drive all the way to Texas to collect a debt” , you said. Get your money first, my friend. I did have a friend pass away just recently. It was a big build using one of the last radiators I bought from you. I get money for parts up front. I just can’t float all that money. He paid for the labor, picked up the car, the passed away two months later. I was scheduled to work on his hemi car in a few more months. Things can happen. Good luck.

Unfortunately I have to Agree with Mark to a point. In your situation, I would say the radiator should be paid for in full before shipping PERIOD! It's nice to trust people but unfortunately morals and ethic's have changed.
As my wife has said, you don't go to the grocery store, gas station, or Walmart and say I'll send a check next week. 50 years ago maybe, but society has changed and you have to change with it business wise to survive. I do hope you get paid twocents beer

Bob,
I was just thinking about this again and if you wind up getting burned for the $$ I might be willing to chip in a bit to help at least cover your materials cost for the help you've given me and i am sure others over the years wink

Additionally not trying to be offensive in any way but, I have a favorite saying that I apply to myself when I lose my backside due to an error on my part. "Lessons paid for are best remembered".
Again, I hope you get paid and if not let us know, possibly some of us can help wink beer

It's kind of strange to think about, but I'd chip in too. The rebuilt heater core I got was fantastic and we need to support that level of industry resource.

Trying to enjoy life!
