Have you thought about getting someone to plasma cut or water jet a piece of alloy using a gasket as a template? If you're doing a single plane manifold, you're going to find fitting the longer bolts in a pita.

Hogan manifolds keeps intake manifold flanges in stock for some applications to facilitate sheet metal intake construction. They were selling an LS7 kit with 3/4" thick flanges, o-rings and fasteners for $275. I'd call them. Koffel's and Indy are obvious places to try, but Hogan's is a good bet, too.

and now for the "stupid old man" question of the day. [me biggrin]
i have always thought the spacers used for installing a B intake on an RB engine were 3/4" thick.
are they exactly .750 thick, or are they slightly thinner, say .740, .725 or so ? thinner than that, then using various thickness paper gaskets for final fitment ?
i have toyed with the idea of throwing a couple of chunks of 3/4" plate on the bridgeport and making a set, just because, keeping me out of trouble and using up scraps of material i have laying around.
i guess that is two questions. i can't count today for some reason. laugh2
TIA guys ! i really appreciate your help. bow

The MP ones I had measured .850" thick. I've been meaning to run a set or two but it never seems to be a huge priority. The MP ones had a relief along the bottom for the valley pan to stuff under the spacers.

Made mine out of wood 3/4 thick, 383 torker to max wedge heads. Painted the electric motor epoxy paint to seal them. The right thickness so the bolts and ports line up. 46 years ago, still have them

Arkansas yellow pine. Scrap I had at the time. My only concern was the divider but it never broke. I also made 1/2 Baltic birch 9 ply carb spacers stacked 2” thick, wood is a great insulator. Increased the plenum volume to make engine more responsive too. Then after a few years I saw where some big company made the same thing.

My buddy made some nice intake flow adapters for flowing heads on my flowbench out of his old plastic cutting boards from his pizza shop. Boy they turned out very nice and would probably work out nice for this job.
