I called Bullet , gave them my info and they ground me a cam that does exactly what I wanted. a 408 that makes 492 lb ft and 492 h.p. with a flat torque curve that is over 400 lb.ft from 2500 on up. I could have eeked another 8 h.p. with carb tuning , and been able to say 500 , but I was sharing the day on the pump with a buddy and didn't want to leave him short of time. It was also on a hot , humid day , so it is right about the conditions where it will be driven in. The cam is just part of the combination , but this is the second they have done for me ..........the other was a solid roller for a 48 degree deal , and I am very happy with both.

Here's an additional suggestion, verify that you actually got the lobes that your cam card says it is.......no matter what brand you end up going with.
'86 Maple Grove KOS Mopar low qualifier......true street legal with no power adders.
NOS-used when losing since 1940.
