Here's what I know about them, Performance Car Graphic's could have made it back then. David wasn't licensed so he didn't make the font 100%. Now understand I am not knocking PCG or the late David Patik because they were a fine supplier and my favorite for stripes.

Now a Days ECS is the place to go and is 100% accurate.

Thanks, the font is the most accurate part on this one. They didnt even reference a correct one for the type of car, like a DIY kit or?

Dave made you send info on the car so he could give it to his buddy Galen.
He made them good with the right info only the Font was right, with the exception of a few letters he said he made that way so you could tell it was a repro Or so he said.

The printed font on the old repop is different, I was looking at the add in info which looked better.

Look at the top right border, ect... and the spacing on the mfg date.... this just didnt look odd, it jumped out like a 40lb frog.

Top is the repop is on top.

The one below is the real deal on a org. car.

Who did this?

Thats a first for me. I thought Dave didn't like Galen for the questionable stuff that he was associated with. I could be wrong but thats what I was led to believe.

First thing I noticed was MFG vs MFD and GVWR vs GAWR.

When you buy a new one I assume they print the info in it?

The Dave that sent info. to Galen was Performance Car late David Patik.

The late Dave Walden ECS wasn't fond of Galen and wouldn't/didn't share information with him.

Let's keep our David's straight!!

Yes they supply the blank. The old sticker is a mess but id rather see a mess then a blatant attempt at a bogus sticker or tag. It was done in 96.

The MFG VS MFD is because I posted a late 75 sticker and the change to MFD was early 76. So thats on me.

On a different note, ECS is doing a great job for the guys with the lessor but still popular mid/late 70s mopars when some that used make a few things are slipping away.

Im only not showing the full sticker as its a friends car and we all know how goofy things start/follow a car when at times like this were just correcting an aged resto. vs questioning the car itself.
