Can’t get more power out than you put in. Has to be a loss in some way. Works out when you are burning gas.

I want my fair share

And if they do, will the flying public be test dummies like the Ford Estang owners are?

I have been wondering and asking this myself for years.

Yep! I play with RC cars running Lithium Polymer(Lipo) batteries. They get ugly if not treated right and go up in flames in a hurry(Google lipo fires) Those packs are only 12-14 volts.......imagine on a much bigger scale as stated!!!!!

Must be very extreme. The battery packs do have coolers in them... Mu be a lot of heat built up in them due to driving conditions. I am in line to take the ford battery class, when it is closer to me then Chicago.. I declined it that time, lol..Maybe I'll take Cincinnati. Kevin
