I read through some old threads but couldn't find a happy ending in any of them (ok perverts keep the happy ending jokes to a min) I've got a 2000 5.9 mag out of a 3500 van that i have air gaped carbd hei edb heads cam ect ect but the only thing i have found for the 46re is a transgo full manual kit and i will if i have to cause i put a 3:73 disc brake posi from a ford exp (before i get beat up let me say i'm not a ford man by any means but i don't know if anyone is aware but the exp rear end bolts right in al you have to do is weld the shock mounts off the old diff and a custom uj and your don wa la same bolt patt and for 200 bucks salvage yard any exp with the traction ass on the dash had posi so there everywhere for cheap and no more little straps holding uj )so the 88 dakota it kinda does a little high on the rpms on the interstate with the old 3 spd after putting the gear in so i'm putting so to keep things straight 1988 dakota le 3.9 3 spd putting 2000 5.9 46re in with 3:73 gear and 295/50/15 (don't rem the height) so i need a shift mod that will work with this set up or i will have to manual the valve body and i really don't wanna do that i've had one before it's ok at first then you end up drivin your gf's car all the time lol so help a poor 56 yr old bach out with either a shift mod link or a fat girl with no self esteem and a car please
