They have done brilliant and amazing things with Hellcats and such. Unthinkable not too long ago. But EVs can be so insanely fast while still so derivable, they have to keep up with the market.

Yes and keep in mind, when Chrysler went bankrupt and layed off hundreds of engineers back in 2007 a bunch of them went to Tesla and made the model S. I fully expect the dodge boys to beat Tesla at their own game, they even have contracts with foxconn (iphone manufacturer) to do all the screens and in-car tech. What they come up with will surprise a lot of people....

“Evolve to survive”....Stellantis.....Yup, the average millennial will want an EV and they’re being indoctrinated to believe that the EV will save the planet. During this transition, Stellantis will slap a Fratzog emblem on an expensive, muscle electric car to satisfy some old guys. How many more years before car cruises become shunned as “polluting events”, a.k.a., super spreader events for oil burners? The social justice warriors and environmentalists are well-schooled over the last year and will use protests, social media and whatever else to stop the ICE. In not too many years, these same people will protest and try to close your local gas station. If Vietnam vets were spat on for being baby killers, don’t be surprised if the same occurs for driving a gas-operated car. Scoff at it, but it easy to envision.

We are not there target market and im good with that.

Its strictly business, they really only care about selling cars, not who buys them.

I wonder how many of them even own a car or even have a driver's license.............probably texting for an uber? EV horsepower or is that kw means nothing to this crowd....now if it were "self-driving" so they could text each other while being magically chauffeured to their destination than it might get them to buy or lease a Dodge.......naw it would have to be Asian just like everything else they buy............

as has been said before, in all the hype about EV's, i haven't heard a single word about an increase in the infrastructure necessary to support them if they are to become the norm. why is this ? [other than plug-ins for your EV in the mall parking lot]
and as to putting fake mufflers on a tesla, if people would put the phone down and unplug the ear buds, and just pay attention to their physical surroundings instead of the "vertchewal" [misspelled on purpose] surroundings, we would all be better off.

Chrysler went bankrupt because Daimler gutted the F***ing company and when they couldn't steal anymore assets from Chrysler they dumped what was left on Cerberus.
They did everything they could to kill the company and steal everything they could from it.

Chrysler had $9,000,000,000 is cash reserves when Daimler "Merged" with them, Daimler had taken all that cash and more as fast as they could.

In the early 2000's Chrysler/Daimler was working on Fuel Cell Technology, that's where the future innovation should be, but the people who want EV's are invested in that technology so EV's are pushed by the people pulling the country's strings.
