Almost ready for Carlisle. Last polish and ready for ceramic coating. A few details left but I did make my own 6 speed Inland shifter knob out of a 4 speed knob. I was unable to find a engraver that could engrave on a curve So I used number stamps and hand carving the new shape. Looks good from arms lengths;-)
Thanks
Pat

Sorry I won't be able to see it there this year due to conflict. Hopefully next year. Had intake to head coolant leak for a couple of years so car was not road worthy of any type of trip. Finally got around to fixing it over the winter. Been up to Markets at Shrewsbury twice this year. Anyway, Charger looks fabulous hope everyone has a great time at Carlisle this year.

Found some vinyl covered trunk storage boxes ($18.00 ea) that fit nicely on either side of the trunk. Made some plastic cleats to hold them in place, yet easily removed. And some 2” foam, cut outs to hold things in place. The box under the fuel fill is where my tire plug kit is, you need to remove the aft box to access tire kit. Now my tools, cleaning gear, rags and air pump with plug kit are neatly stored in stock looking the truck.
Thanks
Pat

Nice trunk storage Pat! Those were a great find and excellent proportions.

I plan on being at Carlisle on Saturday and am looking forward to seeing the car in person!

Larry,
I’m sorry I missed you! Next car will be a late 30s or 40s vintage woody that I will build with/for my wife.
A very similar build with an old looking wagon inside and out with modern running gear.
Thank you and again I’m sorry I missed you!
Pat

Pat - make sure the 30-40's project is a mopar so you can post it here! If not, let us know where to watch!

Carlisle served as a great motivation target to finish this car! After the show we had a magazine shoot! The show was fun, but glad that it’s over and even happier to get home with no problems!
Thanks
Pat

Couldn't make it as a prior commitment got in the way. The car looks over the top fantastic. Great job! Maybe I will see it locally in the future around here. Congratulations!

Saw her at Carlisle... Amazing!! Your craftsmanship and attention to detail are quite impressive to say the least. I tip my hat to you, Sir.

Amazing build! Normally I cringe when people start messing around trying to make a better 68-70 Charger than the factory did, but this one was done right 100%.

Now that the 1st one is done when does mass production start, and where do we leave our deposits? Asking for some friends.
