I was trying to research this myself but didn't find anything definitive. (whether or not spacers on a carb style efi intake would pick up anything).

I've tested them on stock intakes and on Indy 400-3 intake with the tapered reversion Wilson 1.5 inch thick spacers with carbs. , there is power in the spacers on both Your results may vary and may require retuning the motor some

Yes - made a huge difference - almost 2 MPH - evened out the cylinders and cleaned up idle - I used 1" 4 hole super sucker knock-offs made by pro-comp Yes, always seems to help with carbs but would it do anything with EFI is the question.
