I know this has been discussed before, but I can't seem to track down the thread. I have an empty Red-top group 27 battery body and I'm thinking of buying a smaller battery to place in it, instead of buying another resto-battery. What are you guys using?
Thanks!

I'm running a Dynabat in the GTX. It's 12 years old and still works great.

I just ordered the Dyna-Batt based on Joel's recommendation. If it works in his 67 GTX it should work in mine.
Thanks Joel, your suggestion saved me $70!!

Oh fiddlesticks, did I say 12 years? I meant to say 12 months!

JK biggrin I can't beleive the thing still turns over a 13:1 Hemi and it really is 12 years old. I hope it works as well for you.

Odyssey Battery's are made In Missouri to government specifications. They wont advertise that they will last 10 years ( no fiddle stix here ) But will say they can last 10 years.
