On original 70-71 B and E bodies, was the rocker pinchweld blackout done with a brush, or was it sprayed? If sprayed, was it done with a template or mask of some kind? Anyone have photos or documentation? Thank you

I studied some original T/As when I was doing my car and most of the ones I saw appeared to have been brushed.

Combination of all of the above, masked, sprayed, brushed, you need to narrow down the specific model and year to achieve the answer you seek

OK, working on a 71 Charger R/T. It had one repaint, so the original black out is only partially visible. I don't see any brush marks. Also wondering if the little tabs on the fender lip where the brace attaches to the firewall were blacked out as well.

Thank you very much. Just what I was looking for. Those all appear to be sprayed. The rockers look like they used a low pressure spray, at a close distance, which would make sense to avoid getting it on the outer surface of the car.
