Alright... Who gave the Jehovah's Witnesses my home phone number?

Three calls from three different numbers, three different people in a span of 10 minutes, all from the JW church wanting to speak to me about a message of peacefulness and love.

I'm not joking.

Because showing up at your door - in my case, trespassing to do it - isn't annoying enough ?

If you are nice to them, they keep coming back. We have a couple around here that will stop if they see the wife, but will keep walking if they see me. I gave some bigshot from the local group 10 seconds to leave before I threw him off my property after he told me I was going to heII if I didn't attend his church. Where I end up after this life has nothing to do with attending their church.

I know a few. They went to phone calls because of COVID. (and I wouldn't be surprised if the threat of violence played a part in it too).

It also works on the TruGreen lawn clowns.

I am glad to talk with them and stare at their bad teeth. They usually leave muttering to themselves after I give my opinions...

They've gone to mailings here, I write return to sender on the envelope and drop it in the mailbox wit the bills
If I get anymore i might send them a few "pictures" in the return to sender envelope LOL

They come by here once in a while and I just tell them I am not interested. There is no reason to be rude to them.

I think it is more fun to try and convert them to Islam...

When you're polite the first 4 times you tell them "No thank you" but they keep coming back, yes there is reason to be rude.

Locally, "door to door" has been made illegal. While I don't get phone calls, I have received a few letters from them. I have more important matters to worry about. Even when they came to the door, I never suspected they were "casing the joint".
