If you're talking about the knee blocker or knee bolster a google search doesn't show anyone having them new.

I have two second gens and both are in original condition. You should not have a problem finding one in a junk yard, ebay or craigs list.

What problem are you having with them?

They're all going to be plastic.
94 through 2001 (2002 HD) are "probably" all be the same.

Age is not the factor but heat/sun is.Heat/sun will make the plastic brittle over time. If you look at the junks yards try to find one that doesn't have sun faded interior. If buying off ebay choose someone that doesn't live in a hot sun belt location.

I won’t do any dash work on anything that old at work (95-05).... to much liability on destroying a lot of unobtanium
