I just replaced the front spindles, wheel bearing, front brakes from Wilwoods to Strange, upper and lower ball joints. Everything greased and new cotter pins in place.
Car was straight as an arrow prior to the whole front-end being changed.
Do I need a wheel alignment or do I send it?

Did you remove the upper A arms at any point? Might be OK IF you did not, but I'd do it anyway.

if the Upper and Lower arms were left bolted to the car, you should be pretty close to where you were originally. Car should drive the same, doesnt hurt though to get an alignement.

Just curious if both upper and lower weren't touched, what could have changed?

You left out a lot of important info, like is this a stock suspension, aftermarket, Mustang II, what car is this, etc., etc.
You replaced the spindles? Where they the same and why? A lot could change depending on how worn the old parts were and if the new ones are the same. Seeing as how you changed the brake set up I'd bet they are not the same.

Stock front-end.
Somebody cut the threaded spindle to make it shorter.
Then drilled a new hole for a cotterpin.
New brakes would not work correctly. It was a hack job and I wanted it correct , so I bought NOS front spindles.
All new MOOG ball j onto.

You spent a lot of money to fix/correct issues with the front end. Now you don’t want to spend the money for an alignment that cost many $60 to $70. shruggy makes no sense to me. Go get the dang thing aligned if not for you for the guy in the lane next to you.

I would have it check to make sue that the new spindles are not requiring a new alignment twocents scope

You did all that and didn't replace upper and lower control arm bushings? Or strut rod bushings either? My bet is they could be worse than most of the stuff that was replaced.

Any time I replace ball joints, I check the alignment. Ball joints are not as precision as you would think. You can check the camber and toe yourself with simple tools. If they are good, the caster is probably good too. If they have changed, you need to reset it all.

Had it been aligned before by someone who knows where a drag car should be? If yes, and I didn't have any of the adjustments loose, I might check that stuff in the shop, make an easy hit, just to see if it drives okay and the steering wheel is still straight.

If not, now would be a good time.

If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

My dart was aligned properly with a drag race alignment prior to replacing all the new parts.
It went straight as an arrow.

With the spindles being replaced you without doubt need an alignment.

Why?
Same exact spindles but just NOS.

For one simple reason first. Any time a part is replaced you should do an alignment. Second you have no idea if the spindles were forged the same. Third you have no idea if your original spindles were 100 percent correct. The car was aligned off them. Plus a few more. So why ask. Crash it.
