hi, ordering new dana S60, should I have spring saddles welded on 90* from cover or add 1-2 degrees for pinion angle? looking for 5* nose down when done. hate to use pinion shims, or wait until car together

Best bet is to install it in the car, mock up ride height/weight/etc, then tack the perches where you want them, remove, finish weld, you'll be glad you did... Agreed, Order some spring perches from Calvert Racing as opposed to using the stock style ones. If you run cal tracs there is extra load on them and they can roll over or collapse. If you have enough power for a Dana a set of those wouldn't be a bad idea cal tracs or not.
