Hello. My 1964 Dodge custom 880 has 14" inch wheels and I don't want to upgrade to 15" wheels. Can anyone recommend front disc conversion kits that work with 14" wheels...most 1964 mopar kits requires at a minimum 15" wheels.

I see that PST makes a kit. What are your thoughts? Link below

use the FMJ spindles [aspen/volare] and small discs used with 14" wheels.
not sure what the availability is in your area, or the cost.
if you use those, the tie rod sleeve will have to be shortened, or a new one made to get the toe in spec.
it goes without saying, you will need wheels compatible with discs.

Doc Diff has a kit that will clear 14" disc-spec wheels. Scarebird will clear the OEM 14" wheels.

Do that and you will have a spindle about 3/8" shorter than the 880 came with.

The FMJ spindle is the same height.

Same front setup as my 64 300 had, I used the brakes off a 79 Cordoba. Spindle height is the same but the tie rods need shortening to fix the toe. I can't remember if I reused the 64's steering arm, or used the 79's. I want to say the 79's.

Don't forget that on both the FMJ and the 880 the LBJ is NOT part of the steering arm like it is on an A body.
