What big block cars came from the factory with 6 bolt chrome valve covers?

Direct knowledge, '67 B & C bodies w/ hi po engines. Chrome was gone by '68, at least on the C bodies, not certain of the B bodies. There are others.

IIRC, '65 426Wedge, '67 A-body 383 & '67 B-body 440.
Don't recall a '66 application, or any later, but maybe '68 383 A bodies too ?
I'm fairly ignorant about the C-bodies.

I _think_ the only difference in the '67 B and C hi po valve covers is the C body has a spark plug wire holder on the top rear of the drivers side cover for #7 cylinder?

'67 & '68 C body for sure it's there, gone in '69. I was going to use my '67 set on my '69 until I discovered the bracket deletion.

I think so too, just don't know the specific applications. Thinking Jim will wander by after a while with the rundown.

The chrome covers were an option, unless the chrome cover box (engine dress up kit?) was checked when the car was ordered, the car didn't come from Mopar with the chrome covers.

I suspect the dealership ordering the cars had a lot to do with if the car came with the chrome covers or not. I highly suspect places like Grand Spalding Dodge or a high performance Chrysler/Plymouth dealer ordered a lot more cars with chrome covers then my local Dodge or Chrysler/Plymouth dealer ever did, our local dealers probably didn't even know the chrome cover option existed.
