20 years of hacking, adding, subtracting..... gutted the car and started fresh with switch panel and wiring from Digital Delay. Great system and support!

Ok.... it’s criminal how hacked up this dash is. I’ll take little responsibility as I was 1200 miles away when this occurred oh so many years ago. Did a little aluminum magic with the old harbor freight aluminum welding rod for a new panel.

That looks great Jay! I just did something similar. I am not good at making wiring pretty but this all works and it is easy to add sensors or functions without much trouble.

Take in mind this covers the fuel injection, ignition, datalogging, and electrical for everything but the lights and wipers. Its still uglier than I wanted though lol.

Think I have a drawer full of different junction blocks I ordered off Amazon...
couldn’t come up with a placement of the two step and rpm module so I drilled holes in the top of ye ole 6AL box and attached them there. Figured if I ruined it we’d buy the Grid laugh2
I thought the switch panel turned out rather nice. I hate when you vision something and it takes you days to come up with a plan to execute it.... and hope that it’s up to your expectations.
One thing on the switch panel I REALLY like is there is a bright red led halo around the start button that indicates the battery power is “ON”! Might eliminate those get strapped in oh crap the battery isn’t on moments smile

a couple things i would like to see. please do not be offended, as this is offered as a safety tip.
i noticed a couple of wires going through drilled holes. those need grommets to protect the wire insulation.
also, i like to see wire bundles going through body cavities, like the kick panel area shown, protected by something [even that GM split plastic ridged stuff] so as to keep the bundle safe from rubbing on the edges of the cavity openings.

Thanks buddy! I know that I need to do it. Rats nest of wires under the dash. I guess I’m making good use of my Electronics Engineering degree... blush

Well, the burger invite still stands.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

That looks like the nylon vacuum line and oil pressure is a braided line.

Clean up looks nice J.
