Yesterday I traded my WRX in on a 2020 RAM 1500 Long Horn. It's a much needed change, going to a comfortable ride with the ability to haul more stuff around!

Unfortunately for my classic Mopars, it means the 1976 Warlock no longer has a place in my stable and it will need to go. Too many toys!

Cheese and Rice what were they thinking when they designed that thing?

Oh, wait: tim kunuskis the Idiot was in the Ram Department when it was being re-designed. That explains the dumpy look.

Bet Your WRX sells a lot faster than the next Ram on their lot. twocents

A RAM beats any Subaru in my book.

I'd like to see that front end on a standard cab short bed. I don't think such a concoction is possible though.

Dang....we almost did the same thing again. Got ours yesterday in Richardson. Traded my 2015 White/silver Laramie. I loved the 2015. absolutely no issues with it. Anyway, I wanted the chrome trim package Limited and the wife wanted the Night package. She got her way. It was the least I could do after selling her Ram R/T a couple of weeks ago.

Would like to find someone with a bright white standard hood to trade! I like the clean line look. But after looking at every dealer in the DFW area over 3 days. This truck was equipped as close to what we wanted. “Had to have” the air suspension and the heated rear seats. Almost every truck we found with those options was fully loaded, pano sunroof, front camera, multipurpose tailgate, etc....and they stickered about 10k more. Not to mention they almost were all IVORY white ($500 option) and I wanted the Bright White.

I want to swap the hood for standard hood, swap to some 20 inch wheels instead of 22’s and paint the grille white...for more of a 90’s sport truck look. realcrazy

More than a few years back, I sold my '74 3/4 ton crew cab D200 and my Honda Civic and bought an '09 Ram Laramie for a daily driver. Sure, my daily gas costs went up, but so did the comfort in the drive. I'd also add that the tow capacity and comfort of pulling a trailer went up considerably over the old D200 as well. Overall it was a win in my book.

I'll bet you it wont. Dealer I help has 3 WRX's that have been lot-rot since I signed on back in Feb, meanwhile they have probably sold 300 trucks and suv's

Considering its Saturday at noon, they've already sold 5 rams like any dodge dealer

Good looking new truck. Congrats!

Sorry to hear about the Warlock. Hope it find a good home. Is it a project, or a driver?

I have 2018,nothing special other than the towing pac, step bars, bed lights and 391 limited slip. It's black and hard to keep clean. The only thing I would give it up for would be a Scat Pac.

Thanks all, it's been great so far! I am really enjoying the space and features it has. This one does have the larger 33gal tank and 3.92 limited slip axle!

It's a project really, but someone could easily drive it. I has a Holley Sniper EFI and A/C. up

I seem to recall you had a TDI about the same time we did as well...or was that someone else? I know we have very similar tastes in vehicles other than yellow Barracudas... laugh2

Thanks guys.. It's got the offroad package from the factory. Then the dealership outfitted it with a 6 inch lift, fuel wheels, cat back dual exhaust, and the side bars..It's all rough country components.. The good part is the factory warranty is intact and there's no surprises/dealership shuffle when it needs to go in to be worked on... And Goody's right.. I'm tired of washing already...lol...

I have a 2020 Laramie same color as yours on a lease. 22K on it so far. Only issue was a software update that killed my Sirius radio, and the cover started peeling off the steering wheel. Dealer took care of both.
