On a 71 B body, original 440 Six Pack/ 6 Barrel, should it have separate head pipes or an H pipe? My car has separate pipes that look original. They have the flattened areas under the crossmember etc, but perhaps they were replaced at some point. So is H pipe correct?
Also, my car does not have resonators, and has the original Flame thrower tips still, which appears to be correct

My buddy had a 71 440 6pack Charger auto with 4.10 Dana.
I knew the car from new when a local teacher ordered and brought it home.

I remember the day in 1978 we took the original H-Pipe off the car and put it by the garbage, another friend happened by and was so glad he could have a free H-Pipe for his Cuda.

I think he cobbled it a bit since the Cuda had headers
