Is there a way to free up the power door lock actuators? I am getting power to all of them and they are all trying to work. I have one door that works, one door that works very slowly and two doors that have very little movement. I can't find replacement units, so I'm trying to fix what I have or possibly disconnect the power actuators and just lock them manually. I'm giving the car to my nephew and I want him to be able to lock the doors.

I sprayed lubricant down inside the rubber boot on mine, and it seemed to help. I don't know if you're supposed to do that but I figured it's worth a chance since some weren't popping up or down. I think I used silicone. They are still super hard to do by hand but most of the time work by switch.

Facts are stubborn things.
