Did these cars have these as an option? I have a new front end harness and there doesn't seem to be any wiring for them.

They were part of the A01 "light package". You couldn't get them separately. Starting in 73, the factory used a generic fender mounted turn signal that they used on multiple car lines. They were chrome and used a visible philips head screw for attachment.
