Haha...yeah. panic If you're befuddled by some of the engineering going into vehicles today, imagine the complicated pieces of machinery they'd be if designed solely by women! laugh

But hey, A very happy Mother's Day to all in the UK...and everywhere else where today is their day!

my $400.00 rust free 1999 caravan hauls more "stuff" than most pickups do around here, and gets 27mpg loaded or empty, winter or summer.
and i'm too old to pick up chicks or worry about what someone "thinks" about it, although i have '47 chrysler wheel covers on it for the "bling" factor. biggrin
plus the tag fees are WAY cheaper. boogie

Saw the one at the Chrysler Museum before it closed. I actually liked it a lot. Was something I would drive with the wife. They had many accessories in it as well.

Nice replies guys!

The thread wasn’t supposed to be quite like it ended, it started very differently indeed.

I was lucky to meet Jay Leno ( briefly) at the Spring Fling in Van Nuys.
It was quite surreal and will always be the highlight of my many trips to LA.

The show was coming to an end, late afternoon, and there was a lot of noise coming from a local hobby airstrip.
Lots of guys fly model aeroplanes near to the Fling show ground.
But one ‘plane’ sounded kinda funny and almost Jet like?

Then form outta the blue, YEP Jay and his JET car...
He pulled up right where I was standing and “ said Hi “.
I started to tell him how I always wanted to see the ‘turbine car’ and he drove right up to me...
But as you can imagine, he gotten swamped and me being only 5 feet 6 inches tall,,,I got trampled lol... catfight

Wouldn’t have missed it for the World... XmasPengs

You could have knocked be down with a feather... thumbs
