I remember them having a $10.00 off $200.00 up to $80.00 off $1000.00
Will they start this again soon or is this the wrong time of year?
I need a discount. Plan on spending a bunch of $$$.

Ive not got much play from summit or jegs recently. Seems they are now drop shippers on many things like most everyone else. I could not get simple bearings for over 60 days and canceled, sourced them here.

You might run your parts list via the phone with the sellers as they dont seem to tell you the REAL wait time till you have paid and there dates have came and went a few times.

Good luck.

My wife can usually score some kind of deal almost anywhere with the different programs she is involved with, but the one thing she has never been able to score me any is real discounts with Summit, Jegs or Speedway. The only way I have ever scored with these three is indirectly when she is able to get cash back on our credit cards. I am amazed how much money she is able to get us in cash back. We always pay them off every month, but they will offer incentives if you spend so much by such such date. She will simply move some of our normal and recurring expenses to those cards for a couple of months and bam-cash back. Normally, we don't have to spend any more than normal but there have been a couple of times when we needed to spend to get to the threshold, that is how I got new tires and wheels on the Duster. She probably made $3k last year on those kind of deals.

Summit will price match. If you can search around and find what you are looking for cheaper they will match it. I just bought a AEM air fuel kit from them, that they matched to a price I found on eBay. It saved me about $50 (25%) and I have the ability to return if anything happens. The things I like about Summit is the quick shipping (2 days for me), pricing and their customer service (returns), they have never failed to take a return or make it right.

Seems like the discounts are slowing being faded out. The discounts seemed to start when Jegs/Summit had to start charging sales tax on their orders. Whatever Jegs did, Summit had the same. Started out as $10 off $100, $25 off $250 and went from there. They've slowing gotten worse as time went on and as of late Jegs is the only one that has the code and its $10 off $299, $20 off $699 and so on. Yes it's a savings, but very minimal.

Thanks for the heads up on Jegs discount code.
Problem is there prices are higher than Summit on the 4 items I need to buy.
Going to call them and see if they price match.
Need a new helmet and Jegs is $30.00 more for the same exact helmet

They've price matched items for me in the past, so shouldn't be an issue. If your a Pro shop member, Jegs allows you to use the discount with your pro shop, while Summit doesn't. It's strange there will be a few months at a time that Summit is cheaper, than a few months later Jegs is cheaper, it keeps flip flopping as prices continue to increase.

Sammy, i see you are in PA. I dont know what your buying, but there is someone in PA, Mark Shankweiler. Look him up Mar-Shan motorsports i think. He is a good guy to deal with and could have good pricing. He sells a lot of products , safety included

Also its not what this topic is about, but ive gotten the best customer service from Jegs more than any other store.
