Redoing the Charger's interior. Here is another component that I can't find on the electrical schematic- the connecting wires are green, red, black, and black. The car originally had A/C but no longer.

Can anyone tell me what this is?
I can't see the pictures either BUT in my '70, the factory service manual wire diagrams are close but not 100% complete. My interior wiring was 100% original and unmolested when I bought the car. A couple years ago I was making some changes and use the FSM to identify and bypass some wires related to the HVAC system. I looked and looked at the main diagrams and the best that I found was a small section in the heating A/C section. Maybe the same applies here.

The second picture is a capacitor. IIRC that plugs into the circuit board in the same slot that the ignition terminal of the instrument voltage regulator uses.

Thanks all, I should have Googled the part number. Not sure why the pics didn't show. In addition to previous owner changes and deletions, I also am finding that the shop manual schematics do not match the car exactly. The A/C components do not appear on the main schematic. There have to be a switch and relay for the A/C clutch somewhere, or at least sockets where they used to be. I'll take a clue from Frankenduster and check the other sections.

Interesting on the headlight delay unit. Was that part of the A01 light package on 70 Charger? Or, separate option.

Group code A01 does appear on the build sheet for this car (no fender tag).
The delay unit does not appear on the electrical schematic, only a connector that leads to it. I still don't know where it was mounted, though the existing lead can reach either end of the dash.
There is another module that I cannot identify. It is a silver cylinder with three leads going to it. The only label is "MADE IN USA". All the leads going to it are yellow or yellow/black, and I can't find that in the schematic.

Thanks. That would explain the L65 code on the build sheet.
I would think the headlight delay would be code L42, "H/LAMP TIME DELAY", but that space is blank on the build sheet. But I seem to have one anyway...
EDIT: wrong build sheet. Got the right one from the 70 Charger directory. Coded for L42. Far as I can tell the headlight delay relay hangs off the bottom of the glovebox.
