Not sure what Barton is using for blocks these days, a person would have to call and ask. As for the OP's original question the answer is no. Barton hasn't built crate engines for Mopar for a long time. Not sure when Mopar stopped building the crate Hemi, maybe 10 years ago when the economy collapsed?
