Look under the passenger side outer frame rail in the location of the O2 module.... does it appear that the O2 wiring harness has an overlay harness? Usually IDed by extra wiring zip tied to existing wiring. If it looks bone stock, I see a wiring harness overlay, the updated O2 sensor module, and a pair of o2 sensors in your future.... I’d also want the pcm at the latest flash update. God I hated that era of Cummins.... Those things had to WORK to be happy. Definitely wasn’t daily driver short trip material.
