what code on tag, or vin, tells you its a street van?

Was looking at a van a few years back. Factory 440, auto, 9.25, solid body, tradesman, minimal interior mods. Seller had a story about it being a special order for an exec. Dunno about that but pkg included a set of engineering drawings for vans. Interesting stuff but doesn't prove the story. Anyway one other goodie included was a StreetVan kit and maybe a showroom display poster. Sold for stupid money.

There is one that sold at Mecum in the Steven Juliano collection, my buddy bought it and it was mint in the original box. I will tell Eric to get pictures on here!
