LSM makes them here locally as well.

They were also an excellent general/close to home performance machine shop for me back 20-ish years ago,
they did a stellar job machining a 360 and 400/451 for me back then....
but their billet block business seems to have taken over everything and now I can't even get a balance
job done. Happily went down the road a little further to Best Machine and was glad I did.

The Noonan is most beautifully machined of all the billet hemis. Unfortunately, it's not the most developed, and behind on power. Right now the Aj tfx stuff is on the top of the pile.

"$8000 ready to run after finish hone."

Not as expensive as I was expecting.

You need one of these, John.

It may be ugly, but it sure is slow.

Girls comb their hair in rear view mirrors and the boys try to look so hard....

I could say something about the entire concept of "SHINY!" as indicative of quality, but it would be rude.
Billet is not immune to oil leaks, incorrect registration of tappet bores, incomplete threads, rough finished surfaces, and the rest of the dismal list that affects almost every aftermarket part during its early production.
Greatest safety from these potentially fatal errors: used factory parts.
