Anyone hauling their car and a golf cart in a 24' trailer? I have a Plymouth Duster and trying to figure out if a golf cart would fit. I currently have a 4 wheeler I haul, but would like to get a golf cart, but not sure if it will even fit. Seems most guys I know that have a golf cart have 26 or 28' trailers.

Problem is .. they call trailer 24 and its not really .. that's outside dims + --

If you want to turn it sideways every time .. Maybe .. ? but , ? I Think J bob gets it done with a 26 ?

I know several west coast racers that loaded there golf carts through the wider side doors with ramps, others would load them in the back of their pickup beds before hooking up the trailer work
What length is the cart you want to use?
Measure three times and make sure it all fits before deciding scopetwocents

I had a 26' Pace Shadow, and a '72 cuda. Golf cart would go in the side door, but not enough room for car to fit. I had to haul the cart in the bed of the dually. A real PITA, especially concidering the truck was a 4 X 4. Load cart, hook up trailer, go to track, unload car, unhook trailer, go find some where to unload cart (2 people needed) go back to pit. Now worn out, soaking wet from sweat, but ready to race. After racing is done, can't load anything until wife is done with cart. Everyone else ready to leave, I'm still getting loaded. Move up to a 48' LQ trailer, every thing fits nice, life is good.

When I ordered my 24' trailer I had a ramp door added to the front left side. Golf cart fits perfectly and I can get it in and out with the car in the trailer.

Have you considered putting it in the box of your truck? Just a suggestion.

I have a Duster.... and a golf cart.... I’m saying 28ft! (Which I have). This setup actually leaves juuust enough room between the two to roll out a bedroll and catch some sleep smile

If I ever get old I may upgrade from a 250 quad in my 26 foot trailer to an old man golf cart. Everything fits so nice now I would hate to change anything.

Just to throw this out there. Been racing since 1974, never had a golf cart, four wheeler, etc.. I take a bicycle to the track. I believe to stay active and able to race a person needs some exercise. Got a rack on the bicycle to haul a fuel jug, all I ever needed. Did have an electric scooter for a while, got tired of running the batteries down. I personally get tired of golf carts in the way trying to get back to my pit after a run and the car is hot. I also get tired of kids running around the pits in golf cars, had one kid run into my trailer with a golf cart. The few times I had trouble with the car, always had enough buddies to help me push it in the trailer, heck had total strangers help me push. I always prefer a big cooler to a golf cart any day. Just me.

I haul my 69 Barracuda in a 24ft enclosed trailer with cabinets front and side and a tool box.

I don't see how I could get a golf cart in it.

The golf cart isn't for me, it's for my wife. She's 65 + years old and has had major back/neck/knee surgeries, and is diabetic. We race at Bristol as much as possible, pits almost entirely paved(read HOT, no where to hide from the heat), and over 1/2 mile each way from the pits to the staging lanes. I am very blessed that she still WANTS to go and help/support me me and my passion. If that means buying a 50K LQ trailer to haul her golf cart and have an air conditioned place to sleep in and to hide from the heat, then, that's what it will be. If I was going by myself every week, then an open trailer and a small cooler would do just fine. I don't hunt, fish or play cow pasture pool, I drag race. It's a way of life for us, and if a golf cart is all she wants, I consider that I'm one fortunate guy.
