I know I know it’s China Junk to many but honestly some of this stuff isn’t half bad. And the price is to good to pass up. I bought a set last year and grabbed two more bare sets and an intake this year.

I placed a order today for a set of their SB Mopar CNC ported heads aluminum heads for one of my projects that has set on the shelf for a long time.
360 block with a offset ground 360 Premium cast crank ground down to SB Chevy small journal 2.00 size increasing the stroke to 3.750. A old drag race friend of mine bought a set of those heads, PCE.281.2148 for his 340 street car and really like the work done on them and the finish fit and work so I hoping mine are as good as his were
I was going to buy a set of their SB Chevy H beam rods for this project but I looked first and I already have a set of Scat SB Chevy 6.125 center to center rods with that size rod journals, hopefully I can make these SB Chevy parts work well in his project
I'll get the block to the machine shop soon and have them rough bore it before I order the pistons to be made to get what i want on the compression ratio.

No I haven’t but the guys on Abodiesonly are buying them up. A bunch of us over there bought the small block heads and we’re pretty impressed with them. My two sets of heads and intake should be here this week.

Here is photo of their H beam rod....make sure you order the correct part number for the .984 pin and not the .927 pin....

Can not see where they would be any different from any other Chinese H beam rod....can not be that many foundries making mopar rods...

They weight 680 gram...

They could ship a set to my house for free and they'd be on the curb Tuesday for trash day. They knocked off Edelbrock heads, which are made in California, and any purchase from them rewards shipping jobs overseas. Just my opinion.

Hardly apples to apples... Edelbrock sold a domestic alternative to a head you couldn't buy. Speedmaster gains a market edge by offshoring these copies in an unlevel playing field, not by delivering a better product, and eats the profit at the expense of the US economy.

I'm certainly not knocking anyone for how they spend their own money, but it's these types of companies that do irreversible damage to our manufacturing sector, and it won't be with my dollars.

With your thinking we wouldn’t have any aftermarket rods or cranks.

It's a complicated situation so I don't want to oversimplify it. However, that's likely because years ago domestic manufacturers couldn't compete on the unfair imported playing field. People want the cheapest option, and the result of those choices are now that import is the only choice.

When people say USA made rods and cranks cost twice as much...well maybe that's how much cranks and rods should cost. Think how much more affordable they would be if they had 100% of the market share and volume sales meant lower prices.
