Does anybody know of what sway bar to order for a 1971 Satellite? Car has been cloned into a roadrunner and is just a driver but has upgraded shocks, torsion bars, tubular control arms, but no sway bar. Car is never raced, just looking to improve cruising on the street. Hoping to get one that doesn’t require drilling and just uses the front shock mount.

Thanks ahead of time!

I would contact firm feel and tell them what you have for a setup.
Do your lower control arms already have sway bar brackets on them?

I checked out their page and it’s looking like $400 before tax and shipping. Seems a little high to me, but maybe I’m uninformed. Is $400 what I should expect to add a sway bar to a stock/street car?

Thanks!

Go to summit, look up your car, chassis and suspension and the brands would be Addco or Hellwig.

Firm Feel will have units that most closely duplicate or are carbon copies of stock and may require you add brackets to the lower control arm. Some lower priced aftermarket units do not duplicate exact stock layout and attach to the lower shock bolt with an angle bracket and have various stacks of plates to attach to the K frame. Depends on how original you want it to be.

I got my bar from Rock Auto. No longer listed. The PST GMax bar is $219. 1 1/8” bar

I've used a few Hellwig bars over the years. They usually fit okay and the price is right.

Hellwig bar/kit also has the bolt on (or weld if you want) tabs for your lower control arms if yours do not have them.
