I used to sell them, for $30 ea

If I had to guess, I would have said $50 give or take a few dollars.

I sold this NOS one a couple years ago for $150.00.
That should help you determine a ballpark for yours today

The original issue version. Trying to get a value on this style.

Never would have guessed either one would bring that kind of coin.
And I tend to think the market to bring that much today is shrinking slowly but surely.

My 66 Hemi car has a K+N in it and I have ZERO desire to look for an original filter.

I tend to REALLY like NOS stuff, but NOT when it comes to this kind of hidden item, with no reliability factor.

Facts are stubborn things.

Nothing hidden about it when used in the proper setting.

I remember FRAM having made the CA305V and CA332V (Hemi and six-pack) air filters in the late 2000s.

The CA305V was around $25 but the CA332V was quite a bit more, around $150, if I recall correctly.

These mustn't have been quick sellers since FRAM discontinued them a few years later.

Bill Alphin (GTX6970) replied above that he used to sell the CA305V for $30, so those must have sold at a decent rate.

Just a guess but FRAM may have produced a certain number of both filters to test the market and when they didn't sell that quick, relatively, FRAM probably just discontinued both.

Mike.

I did take a quick look at the NOS CA305 and the CA305V I have on my car now and there are differences such as CA305 vs CA305V being moulded into the rubber. The round holes are dimpled vs flush on the repro. the screen on the inside varies between the two as well. keep in mind i did not have a ton of time to look to do more of a comparison study. I might sell the NOS one, that is why I inquired about pricing.

mid to late 2000 time frame. I used to carry them and sold A BUNCH . I probably sold a couple hundred of them .

305V was $35 and 332V was $75 I think.

Ive seen the 332 V sell on ebay in recent years for for well over $200 on a regular basis

There is a modern repop of the 332V filter avail now or at the least very recently .
I used one on a clients car , withing weeks the rubber was peeling away from the screen material
