Builders are local to me.
When I saw they were from Minnesota , I thought maybe Duluth , with the Archer connection.
Nope...........Minneapolis.
They swim in a different end of the pool than I do , which explains why I have probably not heard of them till today.
But they certainly know how to make some steam with the V-10 platform.

In this video the builder mentions 3980lbs including driver and the hub dyno reads 3103hp. A different video on their channel says it uses an ATI TH400. I'm sure they're taking it easy on the 60ft since it is keeping the IRS. Very neat engineering going on here.

I've had several of my cars on chassis dyno(not hub dynos like they used) and engines on engine dyno.
I've never seen one of either type accelerate like that car did on any dyno. I almost think it was not in high gear only, maybe in first gear confused
All the cars I've dyno tested on a chassis dyno was in high gear starting at what ever RPM I wanted to start the test from and then at WOT up to the highest RPM I wanted, the last one was from 4500 RPM to 7500 RPM on my current bracket car.
I remember hearing the old adage if it doesn't make sense there is usually a reason for it not making sense work

I didn't watch the video but a lot of those hub dynos can simulate a run. I have seen 4000+ horsepower Radial V the world cars in dyno videos. They put the thing on the brake, launch it, and run it through the gears on the dyno.
