I was swapping rims on my 70 Barracuda and one of the drivers side lugs was snapped off. Probably a casualty of a tire shop that didn't know about the left hand lugs.

I am pretty sure nobody makes the studs anymore but I figured I would ask.

To make it worse this one has a 7-1/4" rear. I know I should convert it to right hand lugs like I did my my convertible but I don't want to.

Anyone make them?

I see a bunch of threads (no pun intended, but there it is) on LH wheel threads in the Archives.

Short answer: not likely found at the parts store, but resto parts places have them.

Thank you, I will do. I don't have any time off until Friday so it may be Saturday.

I have looked through the archives and most of them said nobody made them any more or those supplies have dried up. I will look again.

Thank you for the responses. up

I thought there was a Moparts member that was the guy for lug nuts/studs.

Also did a lot of container shipping exporting cars.

Pretty sure I have a set of serviceable LH studs also. Let me know if if you want me to dig them out.

Head markings (if there are any) are useful if you can find an aftermarket parts guy with an interchange manual who is capable of using it.

I used to work for a parts store that had a six foot high, three foot wide shelving unit completely full of obsolete catalogues and interchanges. After the store was sold, the new owner said they didn't need all that antique sh!t cause they were going to computers. When I was there, we only had paper catalogues and wrote invoices by hand. That was 1990. I only found out about it when I stopped in to do some obsolete parts research. It was no surprise to me when the store closed about three years later.

I didn't see any head markings unless the concentric rings mean something.

If it were more than one I would just swap to Right Hand studs but since it's just 1 and this car is 90% original I would like to get another lefty.
