Like the title says, was there a difference? I see polished and a dull finish? TIA

Factory was a dull finish, never polished.

These dull finish were first run and assembly line installed.
Came in these wrappers, made in Canada.
When they went NS-1, after some time Chrysler re-issued them, made in USA but with a shiny finish.
