Well it is red and it does have an express box. Haven't looked lately but I think the factory parts book still refers to utilines as express boxes in a couple places. Think it's kinda odd to show up on the title like that but oh well. If ya wanna split hairs, it does show up on every title as both 78 and 79 had LRE specific characters in the VIN. In 79 it was engine code S.
