Can anyone recommend a place who restores headlight bezels and grills and tailight trim on a 68' Barracuda? Thanks.

All the good ones out west have closed up and or sold. Glad I got mine done when I did. Good luck with your search, I’m sure there is someone somewhere who is doing it.

I saw these guys at Carlisle and sent them a set of 1970 Challenger 1/4 moldings to restore/re-anodize. I should get it back soon and will let you know how it turns out.

Not 100% on topic, but I know a guy who polishes and restores stainless steel trim. Good results and reasonable prices out here in California.

Good idea to classify trim pieces by polished stainless steel, bright anodized aluminum, chrome plated steel, chrome plated pot metal, etc. A different vendor might be needed for each type.

There are dozens of vendors listed under Aluminum, Anodizing, Chrome, and Stainless in each 400-page monthly issue of Hemmings Motor News with its yuge classified section filling up more than 3/4 of each month's magazine. A few samples from the Services Offered Section in the photos. Free trial subscription here: https://www.hemmings.com/subscribe/trial?ctry_cde=USA&pub=HMN&source=freetrial1

Hemmings Motor News is to automotive what the Wall Street Journal is to investing.

Another excellent monthly magazine is Hemmings Muscle Machines, with ads but without a classified section.

For '68 Barracuda tail light bezels, Layson's Restorations sells new castings for $395/pair that might be about the same price as restoring originals. They claim the metallurgy is better than original and less subject to pitting and oxidizing.

Some years back, Layson's had a reproduction of the '68 center trunk lid molding that was nice.
By now, they might also have the top & bottom moldings.
Try a search on Google, too.

Hemmings isn't called "the bible" for nothing; lots of resources in there every month.

I think that is http://www.shineonmetrim.com/

There a few other in SoCal. Many aren’t that great. See them at swap meets. Low rider crowd.
