When 1st listed this car was listed for $65 k, which I knew was to high. It dropped to this in about a week ,Still to high IMO, but its getting closer to reality I think

That IS a nice one - looks very well done with not much to complain about.
Would be nice at that asking price to see more photos of the important details, at least trunk interior & more undercarriage.
I'll guess the column-shift-haters will show up soon...

That GTX is really nice! Only thing i would say anything about is, a few pieces of interior don't quite color match, but not a deal breaker.

And yes, I would actually prefer a column shift car myself . But its not like we can special order a 40 plus year old car .

^^^ I went back into the photos, and trying to jog my memory, I don't think I ever saw a red '69 GTX interior back in the day.
But my '69 Road Runners that had green or blue interiors were all over the place as far as shades of color.
Apparently the different vendors or manufacturing processes just didn't allow a consistent F8 or B7 tone throughout the interior.
Pretty much the same deal on my '68 Decor RR that had the burgundy interior, but it was less noticeable than the green '69.
Both of those cars were original unrestored cars when I got them.

That is a nice car. I 'd like to see it with a white interior. For some reason I think that would beat the red interior, although the red is still nice.

Ive seen an A4 silver car with white interior. It just doesn't have the same pizazz the red does,,,at least not to me.

BUT<,,,,,,,I will admit I'm a sucker for red interior in anything. The only thing to make it better would be black exterior. Now THATS my all time favorite color combination

A friend of mine owns an A4 silver 1969 GTX ( also factory air car ) with pewter interior . Its not bad but to me silver with red just goes very well together

Yeah, something about a contrast using red just pops.
2 of the nicest color combos I've owned: Red '68 Charger, white int, no VT...bonus, 4-speed.
And Q5 '69 RR, white interior. Column 727 and I didn't mind it, but if it was a 4-speed I'd likely still own it.
Loved the Orange/orange combo in my '71 Duster, though a couple friends didn't "get it".
Yes, it's hard to find a car that's exactly what you would have ordered - only pulled that off a few times, long ago - and getting more difficult every year it seems.

Black with red interior on certain Mopars are just perfect, ie: '62/63/64/65 Plymouth-Dodge B bodies. I had the chance to buy a '63 Plymouth Belvedere in the early 90's. It was originally black, but
was at that time painted red, with the original red bench seat interior, still in place. It had a modified 440 big block with a push button trans. It was a nice car, but I passed on it, for certain reasons. One car I didn't pass on was a Q5 with with white interior '69 Dart. Wishing now I had kept that one.

If I was seriously interested. I would go upper $40s . But don't think I personally would go over $50k for it . But, I'm cheap and will not pay that much for a 440 car , regardless of color combo. Far to many choices out there at the over 50k price point right now

I love it too. Automatic, column shift, with a/c. Checks boxes for me that usually don't all get checked. I'm torn between '69 and '70. Normally I love the B5 and B7 with black interior but with this interior color the combo is beautiful.

How many buttons have to be popped here,women only have one to pop,and they are too complex for men to figure out!

Beautiful car but I do agree the steering wheel is an odd shade of red.
Now if he only had the correct 1969 trim rings on the wheels it would be complete.

Shouldn't this car have an unsilenced air cleaner? Distributor drive gear installed about 45 degrees off?

I believe this GTX is the same one that a some brothers I know picked up in Northern California probably around 35 years ago. I was just talking with them about it this past weekend. They said that when they bought it the car was super clean and original. One of them used it for his daily driver for a while.
