I have my front end just finger tight assembled. Should I go ahead and torque everything down now or wait till it’s installed in the car? Is there any sequence that needs to be considered? Anything I need to lubricate at all. Thanks

leave loose til you have everything in (including engine/transmission, etc) . . . otherwise you will have things "loaded up" in wrong position . . .

I'll second that ,but you might want to use the factory style paint dabs as you torque and cotter pin each connection so you don't miss any. It would suck to lose a critical front end connection at speed.

Some things, it doesn't matter. For example, the pitman arm to to the steering box shaft. Tierods and ball joints fall into this category, the part that moves here is not the part you are torquing.

Some things, it does matter, such as bushings that twist, like control arms.

Always a good idea to read the FSM and follow the instructions.
